Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to Intellescope provided by Intellescope, Inc.. By accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Intellescope is a multi-tenant threat intelligence platform for authorized security personnel. Features, integrations, and availability may change with notice where practicable.

Demo and preview environments may contain sample data and relaxed controls — do not use them for production classified information.

Access is provisioned by your organization via identity provider or administrator invitation.

You must safeguard credentials, use MFA when required by your organization, and notify your administrator of suspected compromise.

You may not share accounts or circumvent access controls.

Your organization retains ownership of data submitted to the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display data solely to provide the Service.

You are responsible for lawful collection of indicators and compliance with applicable export, privacy, and sector regulations.

You may not: (a) attack or probe the Service without authorization; (b) upload malware or unlawful content; (c) reverse engineer except as permitted by law; (d) resell the Service without agreement; (e) use the Service to violate third-party rights.

Optional AI features (e.g., narrative coaching, brief synthesis) produce suggestions only — analysts remain accountable for decisions. Do not submit classified data to AI features unless your contract explicitly permits it.

Each party may receive confidential information. The receiving party will protect it with reasonable care and use it only for the Service relationship, subject to the DPA where applicable.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THREAT INTELLIGENCE IS PROBABILISTIC — YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR OPERATIONAL DECISIONS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY IS LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. AGGREGATE LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO FEES PAID IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS FOR FREE/DEMO USE), EXCEPT FOR BREACHES OF CONFIDENTIALITY, DATA PROTECTION OBLIGATIONS, OR LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.

Your organization may terminate per its subscription agreement. We may suspend access for material breach or security risk. Upon termination, export rights survive as stated in the DPA or order form.

These Terms are governed by State of Delaware, United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction unless the parties agree to arbitration in an order form.
